Minority Staffing Agency

We are a temp agency that came about after realizing the e need to help individuals in the minority communities get on their feet and help empower themselves. We decided to be a bridge between minorities and employers. After doing a research in the minority communities in Pennsylvania, we noticed that there are lot of qualified minorities who are looking for employment everyday but do not know how to be connected to employers. Some are even misplaced based on their professions. A trained accountant will be found in working in the nursing home for years, while a trained healthcare worker will be employed in the factory. Our mission is to ensure that minorities Americans are placed based on their qualifications. Our staff members are properly vetted and trained before employment. Before sending our staff to employers, we make sure that they get their clearances, received the basic initial trainings and have their certifications in those specific areas base on their assignments.
